Inspired by Research, Elevated by Innovation
We closely examined emerging research on SiWake®’s key actives shown to support hair growth pathways. Building on these insights, our team created a formula that elevates ingredient performance and delivers results for everyday use.
Collagen – Orthosilicic Acid for Hair Care
A 5-month clinical study explored the affects of daily orthosilicic acid supplementation on hair quality in women. Participants received orthosilicic acid daily, aiming to assess improvements in hair strength, growth, and overall quality.
Study design:
34 women aged 17-57 years underwent monthly hair growth measurements, assessed with questionnaires on hair quality perception, and protein loss analysis via spectrophotometry.
Key Findings:
- Perceived Improvement: 83% of participants reported enhanced hair quality.
- Accelerated Growth: 79.4% experienced increased hair growth rates, averaging in 37.6% rise.
- Enhanced Hair Strength: Spectrophotometric analysis indicated reduced protein loss, signifying stronger hair fibers.

Bioavailability of Collagen – Orthosilicic Acid
Collagen – orthosilicic acid is the most bioavailable form of silicon, making it highly effective for beauty-from-within supplements. Clinical studies show it supports skin elasticity, reduces visible signs of aging, and promotes collagen production for stronger, healthier connective tissue.
The growth-promoting Effect of Soy Isoflavones & Capsaicin
A 2007 clinical study explored the effects of combining capsaicin and isoflavone in stimulating Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1) production. The research included both animal models and human subjects experiencing alopecia.
Study design:
For 5 months, 48 individuals with alopecia were split into two groups and assessed:
- 31 participants received daily oral doses of capsaicin and isoflavone
- 17 participants received a placebo
Key Findings:
- IGF-1 Levels: Participants receiving capsaicin and isoflavone showed a significant increase in plasma IGF-1 levels.
- Hair Growth promotion:
- 64.5% (20 out of 31) of the treatment group experienced hair growth promotion.
The findings suggest that the synergistic effect of capsaicin and isoflavone may promote hair growth by stimulating IGF-1 production.
While clinical trials often isolate specific nutrients, we knew that real-world results require a multi-pathway approach. That’s why we combined various natural actives—each with their own research study—into a cohesive, balanced formulation that supports long-term hair rejuvenation.
The Role of IGF-1 in Hair Growth
IGF-1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1), a hormone essential for growth and regeneration, supports hair health by extending the anagen phase, strengthening follicles, and promoting cell renewal—higher levels are associated with increased hair density, while low levels correlate with hair loss.
